JCPenney Salon

Terrible. Called for an appt and they were able to get me one same day! I was excited. I came in for my 1:00 appt about 20 min early. I’m always early so people aren’t waiting on me. I check in and she tells me the stylist isn’t in yet. No biggie I just waited for a bit. She finally comes in with an attitude 13 minutes late. (I know that’s not long but now I’m having to wait for her to get situated). I wasn’t going to trust someone that came in having a bad day with my hair so I said I’d reschedule. As I’m walking out the (manager?) maybe comes running after me saying she can cut my hair instead. She was sitting there the whole time while I waiting doing a crossword… and never offered until I walked out. I’ll never be back here. They have no idea how to treat people. People are late. I get it. But it could have been handled way differently rather than waiting for me to want to leave for them to offer other options.

I made an appt online with SG for balayage with haircut. I got there and SG said she doesn't know how to do balayage and no one in the salon knows how to do it. First strike. But whatever, I needed a haircut anyway so I asked her to cut my hair. So she did. 40 dollars later (w/ tip) she was done. She didn't even blow-dry my hair. Second strike. Went home after shopping, dried it myself, brushed and noticed several strands were longer than others. Third strike. Not going back here. They charge too much for a job half done. Service: Haircut

Terrible mens haircut. I do not think the stylist who cut my husband's hair knew what she was doing. Showed up late to the appt. Which we were fine with than it took her an hour to do a basic mens hair cut, and when she was done, there were tons of uneven spots not blended at all. I was sappouse to get my haircut as well and canceled after seeing his hair.
