I guess you get what you pay for. See photo area of my trim. I also called before I came and they said they had time to blow dry and style and when I arrived they didn’t have time apparently. No one else was their either. Supposed to be walk in right?
Have never had a bad experience here. Both ladies working today very pleasantly professional and talented hairstylists. Had great patience cutting my boys hair and my haircut is always on point. Service with a smile.
Although Chris was very nice, my haircut wasn’t. She had a very hard time cutting my curly hair. She said “It should be good now”, after attempting to fix it while I was still there. I asked if that meant when I straightened it, the lengths on both sides would be symmetrical. She reassured me they would be. They were not. One side is clearly almost an inch longer than the other. This is very upsetting because I put my trust in her to deliver a simple trim with long layers. I will not recommend this establishment, nor will I return.
