Royal Touch Nails & Spa

I needed a new set and wanted to find a new salon. It was my first time at Royal Touch and I will definitely be back. Tammy took care of me today and she was awesome! I love how they turned out!! Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

this was my second, and last time going to this salon. unfortunately for me, both times i came here i left dissatisfied. the first time i went, i was with a nail tech who had been there for 1 day, which was fine because my nails look great when i left. but she tried to convince me to get something i really didn’t want. luckily with my persistence i got what i wanted but it’s just confusing to me why my nail tech would try and convince their client to get something different. anyways, after i i get home and took a shower- as soon as i get out my nails are cracked on every single finger. when i called, they were quick to bring me back in and insisted it was the top coat. the staff was very friendly and willing to fix the damage. after that it was only fixed for about a day. the next day, the same thing happened. i figured it was just something i had to deal with. i’d already made a follow up appointment (for today) and i figured that since it wasn’t super noticeable i would go in and giv

Do not come here especially on a Sunday. I did not have a good experience and felt uncomfortable the whole time. Nail technician didn't speak to me just the co workers the whole time. Didn't ask me what shape wanted and just asked if i wanted my nails shorter. After that she just started buffing my nails. I noticed she was doing things in an odd order so I asked when she was going to shape them and she sighed loud and I said sorry I wasn't trying to come off rude I just wanted to know what was going on. You could tell she was rushing and didn't care about her work. She was doing things so fast i didnt get a chance to look at my nails and see if i didnt like how they look. Plus i felt so uncomfortable to say anything. I got home and showed my friend my nails and she said my nails are uneven and there's a bubble forming up in the nail polish on one nail.
