Had a appt with Dougie and honestly she was a good time! The salon was nice, clean and everyone was really into their clients and seemed so interested in the conversations then just the regular small talk. But I never left a hair salon and people LITERALLY drop their jaws in amazement!!! She pulled the PERFECT color for me made me feel a full 110%! Highly recommend Dougie ???? ✨️

unprofessional, rude, and lacks basic customer service skills. I called in the morning to confirm my appointment and inform the stylist that my pipes are frozen and I will be unable to come to my appointment with freshly washed curls. They said it was okay but to have me come with my hair detangled. As I’m in the process of detangling my hair, I get a call noting that it’s too late for me to come in for my appointment. My calendar shows the appointment starts at 12 noon, theirs shows 11am. Once again, I had called them at 8:30 this morning to let them know I had a noon appointment and what was going on with my frozen water pipes. Regardless, I expressed that I live 5 minutes away and could be there in 5 minutes and they still refused to allow me to come. I made the front desk aware that my job is 100% travel and the appointment probably didn’t account for my time zone change because I was in CST when I added this to my calendar. I will 100% own that it’s my fault for not noticing that

I used to love P.LaSalon but after my last ordeal with their front desk I refuse to ever go back. I had 4pm appointment. They called me 15 minutes before 4 when I was driving driving asking if I am coming because the stylist finished early and is ready. I responded that I am still driving and will be there shortly. As I came to the parking lot around 4pm it was full, I called the numbr back and no one answered. Called again and again and around 4:05 someone finally pick up the phone. I told her there is absolutely no place to park on the parking, she told me to exit and circle around the streets as some people are checking out. Unfortunately they are on a corner that has some one way streets and then Woodward on the other side. Not an easy way to turn around without going out and back. Took me about 10 minutes and as I am parking the front desk called me that the stylist waited the allowed time and now that I am to late, and oh btw they are charging me full price of color appointment b
