Today I had my first ever facial with Nicole Wilk, and it was an amazing experience! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the facial to me. As a first-timer, this made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. The results were fantastic, and my skin felt hydrated, refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Nicole for anyone looking for a professional and educational facial experience. I left with a new friend ❤️ Thank you, Nicole!

To be clear, I'm rating Bella specifically at Douglas J. Aveda Royal Oak. I definitely will return to visit her next time. She was by far one of the best colorists that's worked on my hair. Her knowledge of current styles /color techniques was evident in my initial consultation. She very obviously knew the products she worked with. But a huge important factor that so many pricey salons overlook or change was her genuine want to help me get what I wanted. Too many times I've been talked out of my desired cut/color because a stylist thinks they know what I want. And this was not the case with Bella! She took the time to really listen, she was engaged and she never once made me feel rushed. For someone in beauty school, I can honestly say that I was thoroughly impressed if not almost surprised by how great she was and at such a great price point. I took both my daughters to get their haircut and the students Greg and Aurora did a fantastic job however I’m super disappointed with the instructor. My daughter has been begging to get her bangs cut like her American girl doll since she got her. I made her wait until today because we’re going to the American girl doll store this weekend and I didn’t want her bangs to grow out too fast. Greg, the student, had an obligation so the instructor took over. I told her twice what my daughter wanted, showed pictures and even had the doll with us. She cut what looked like a long layer and when I asked why it wasn’t shorter she said when I style it at home it will look smaller like the doll. I went home and there is no way to make this look like bangs at all. Very annoyed that she, especially as an instructor, decided what she wanted was better than what we asked for. I have a disappointed little girl and no time to fix it before we leave. The students were wonderful but maybe they should reth
