The entire staff at Hart & Harlow is extremely talented and they all do an incredible job! I see Peter Dallas for make up whenever I have a special occasion and have seen Liz and Kelly for hair! I drove down from Traverse City to see Liz Messing because she’s THE best at painting hair. She brightened up my post wedding too-long mane with a very cute and manageable shag and daftly highlighted my brunette locks to my favorite color I’ve ever had. Will be a return client for life!
