Sarah did my hair, she absolutely killed it. Took me from extremely brassy/orangish blonde with dark roots to an all over ashy & honey light blonde with beautiful melted roots in one sitting. I scheduled an appointment at 4pm this past Wednesday, they called me an hour later to move me to 5pm. I rearranged my schedule to make this happen. On my way there I go caught by a train so I sent a message stating I was at the train and would be there as soon as I got through, thinking 5:10-5:15. At this time, I also informed them that I would not do one of the services since I was not there right at 5:00. They responded and said they had to cancel my appointment. I rescheduled for Saturday at 9am. I had a meeting fall of my scheduled for Friday, so the next day, I asked if I could have the 5pm for Friday. They re-booked my appointment yesterday for the 5pm today. I got a call from Amber this morning, stating that she had to cancel my appointment AGAIN. I explain I was frustrated and would find another salon. She then proceeded to tell me I have been a "Whirlwind"...what does that even mean and where did customer service in this world go? I then asked to speak to her manag
