The salon is a whole vibe!! Multiple services are available and my hair is ALWAYS on point. The staff is bomb and it's nice to see Black Queens winning!

I decided to post a review after discovering the negative reviews. I had my 1st re-twist appointment 9/23/22 I googled the address and that’s where I discovered the negative reviews. I have my hair serviced by Key. I yet too ever experience any of the above negativity. From day one of calling the shop I had nothing but the best experiences. At my consultation she was very reassuring and just as excited as I was. At my actual establishment there was no difference from the consultation and she had to do extra work to my hair because it was VERY tangled. Even with the times we had to communicate If I had any questions or any uncertainties she addressed them with no problem. I never felt she is money hungry I actually feel just the opposite. At my first re-twist Key had to do extra work basically a total re-establishment and when it was time to pay she didn’t change her price and I warned her the night before that my hair was a mess of my own doing not properly following the rules. I had an appointment with a girl that goes by the name of Key. Her IG is crowndbykey. We both got confused of my scheduled date of appointment. It was an honest mistake on both of our parts. She misunderstood. She decided to text me with a dissertation of how I made her lose money because I didn't show up and how she would still work with me but I have to pay another deposit (even though she already took my deposit for today's appointment that I was NOT supposed to be scheduled for). She was angry and argumentative via text. She was texting me back to back, telling me that her clientele loves her work and she doesnt need to do my hair, then she started sending me screen shots of our conversation like she was angry that I didn't show up. To me it was a scheduling conflict that could have been handled much more professionally and easy. She was rude, abrasive and argumentative. She actually gave me a lecture for the mistake SHE made and kept my money. She can have the money. She
