I had made an appointment and when I got there the stylist told me that her sister had shown up so she took her! Unthinkable! I I don't want the other associates to suffer for one person's bad customer service so I gave a 3. I would have given them a 0 if it was available and didn't reflect on the entire store. Escalators didn't even work . They used to be better.
