A Perfect Ten Nails & Spa

Had a full set done, none of my nails are even, all are odd shaped and filed away from my hand, the ends are so sharp I scratched my face. I was never told to go wash my hands like everyone else was and after he put the top coat on he filed the sides and top again, thus breaking the seal. He didnt ask if I liked the color after first applying it either, colors do look different on different skin tones. Very disappointed

Had made an appointment at 1:45 the day prior for 3. Two standard pedicures and 1 gel mani/pedi and when we got there, not only did walk ins get to come and sit right down but 5 other people with appointments at 1:45. Then proceeded to tell us that they didn’t have time to do my gel mani/pedi. Maybe you shouldn’t overbook appointment times and allow walk ins over appointment slots. What’s the point in making an appointment then? Incredibly unprofessional, and we ended up just leaving.

New to the area and tried this nail salon based off the good reviews I saw, and I’m so glad I did! Very friendly, I walked in with no appt and they took me right away for a full set with gel polish. The woman who did my nails was attentive to detail and did a great job, I love them I paid $45 for a full set with gel polish and it only took an hour! I will be back!!
