Brides worst nightmare. I just have to start off by saying the two gentlemen that did the services were extremely pleasant and kind. However, I booked hair and makeup for my wedding day, started with hair by the time I was done with makeup my hair was completely flat and not holding. The make up though… I left Douglas J , 4 hours before my wedding, and I looked like a clown. I cried and cried and too embarrassed to post the photo. What I asked for and what I walked out looking like was seriously a joke! At check out I was asked if everything was ok and I was trying to hold back the tear, I said no look at my face and she proceeded to say we’ll have a great day! For the money I paid and the service I received there is no excuse. Flash forward it’s been almost a year and I’ve still been waiting on management to contact me in regards to the issue. I would never go back to this location, a bride should leave feeling beautiful and excited. Not crying looking like a total clown!! Service: Ha

Autumn Freeman did hair for my wedding and she was INCREDIBLE to work with!!! Super flexible and gave me my first ever professional style I actually liked. Beyond grateful I found her.
