Tricho Salon and Spa Novi

Went to many salons before I walked into Tricho “ the bigger one in 12 oaks “ Alice and Clair went above and beyond for me, I had been lookin for a product for my fine thin hair and they not only found it for me but let me try it before ( bought it ) they washed and styled my hair and I couldn’t be more thankful for them, none of the other salons offered to do that, only them..thank you again!!

I had a wonderful experience at Tricho Salon! Erin was conscious and accommodating to my needs. She is proficient in her craft, I would travel across the county to get my hair cut by her! Thank you! Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting

I called the hair salon inquiring if they work with African-American hair types and was advised by the front desk lady named Tracy that they had someone and that I can come in for a consultation anytime. When I arrived, I received nothing but awkward stares and whispers. When the stylist came out for that consultation that supposedly works with African-American hair approached She asked why do I need to talk to her as if I didn’t belong. I was in disbelief by he rudeness . She proceeded to say that she’s never worked with African-American hair and I probably should go somewhere else. I try not to take offense to everything that comes out of someone’s mouth but this stylist had no compassion. I would not recommend this place based on the unprofessionalism.
