Deluxe Nail Salon Spa Novi

I have enjoyed going to Deluxe Nails for almost two years, 1-2 times a month for both hands and feet treatments. Daisy, Tom (relocated), and Sabrina are wonderful. I’ve brought my daughters, my, and most recently my cousins and sadly our latest experience will be my last. She was told her service would be $45. Upon conclusion she was charged $80. Manager said technician should have told her. Why would a customer think they have to ask two different people about the price of service. Even when asked to explain the difference, the technician (post receiving payment) cited nail length and addition of chrome added $25. Nail length was mid length (same as mine) and she didn’t say chrome that the tech insisted she have would be extra. She also didn’t have any pre-work as she came in with natural nails. The nail tech just kept repeating, “Have a great holiday,” after the manager came over behind her and said something to her in Korean. He did not acknowledge me during our discussion. I can’t

I had a great experience here I had a pedicure the volcano. And a full set of nails. Daisy was my technician she is very professional and friendly. Her work station is amazing. I did have on con I asked for a certain design but was told that it was expensive and that something else would be cheaper. However I don’t recall asking anyone to count my pockets. I went back the next day because the design was a bit immature for my taste, and she did some squiggly lines which were better than the first design. My daughter got her nails done that time a French tip manicure, which turned out really nice. Overall I had a great experience. Daisy was lovely the next time I go I just want the designs that I asked for everything else was great.

This place overcharges people thinking they don’t know better. On their website, it says an acrylic fill is $25, but I was charged $60. When I asked for clarification, I was laughed at and told that fills aren’t $25. When I pointed out the website, they claimed that there were up-charges. I got chrome which I figured would be an up-charge, but the tech didn’t tell me what it was. When I asked after when trying to figure out how we got to $60, they said chrome was $20. That’s outrageous, especially when you don’t tell your client. They claimed an up-charge for length and shape, but I didn’t have them trim the length or change the shape. They also said get polish was an up-charge, but again I wasn’t told that and I wasn’t even given an option for regular polish. In addition to overcharging me, the work is just not good. The nails are thick, there are bubbles in the polish on every nail, they didn’t completely remove the black I had before, and the edges are jagged. There are edges of my
