I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter in law who was in desperate need of a little pampering. She booked her appointment for today. Arranged daycare and drove an hour to be stood up! No call or answer no excuse! NOBODY WAS THERE! Now she has another hour drive back home! UNACCEPTABLE FIRST IMPRESSION!
