The owner goes out of her way to make your experience the best. She had helped out with my hair . Elaine is very knowledgeable about how to help your hair be healthy. Yes she does men's perms.
Tried to become an apprentice with her because I wanted to do nails for a living and I got blown off and blocked after meeting up with her a few times. After her reading my texts and no response I decided I've had enough. She told me she would pay for the test and everything then got rude saying she's not doing it anymore for free( even though that's what was agreed upon).
