My boyfriend and myself came in to get two pedicures and a manicure w dip powder done for me. We spent a lot of money that day! I noticed that my cuticles and nail beds started itching a hour after leaving. I tried to ignore it for as long as I could. The skin around my nails turned red and swollen. I was at the hospital with my son and asked his doctor and nurse to look at it. They both said looks like a bacterial infection. They itched so badly that I had to come back and see if they could take them off. When I came back the owner was so rude and started raising his voice at me in front of my three-year-old daughter. He had his two nail techs come look and the lady that did it of course said she didn’t want to give the money back. It shouldn’t have came from her, it should have came from the owner/company. He was calling me names and made me cry. I should have just left but at this point I wanted my money after his unbelievably unprofessional behavior. I got a bacterial infection tha
