Revival Salon

Our first few visits were great. The salon is adorable & the staff was nice. Our last visit was so disappointing though & the follow-up customer service was even more disappointing. I noticed when we got home that my daughter's hair was 2" shorter in the back. I called right away & was told to call in the morning. I finally got someone on the phone at 12:30 who told me that the girl was really booked up & she'd call me back. She never did. I called back later in the afternoon & she hemmed & hawed about fixing my daughter's hair & blamed it on her (she was wiggly, but not 2" worth!). I didn't get an apology, no one made an effort to actually accommodate us, & I was left feeling like they really didn't want our business. We won't be back.

I am new to this adorable salon and I can already highly recommend it! Scott is AMAZING! He's an extremely talented stylist with both cut and color! I couldn't be happier and so thrilled that I found this kind of quality service so close to my new home!! ❤️❤️❤️

Scott did a fantastic job with my curly hair! I finally found my hairstylist. ???? Everyone was so friendly and the salon is so nice and cozy, and being in Canterbury Village with the beautiful scenery made it even better. I highly recommend this salon!!!
