Perfect Eyebrow & Salon (previously Perfect Eyebrow)

Absolutely LOVE this place! I haven’t gone anywhere else for eyebrow threading or tinting since I came here about 6 years ago. The energy is always up, the staff is so nice, and they always have you walking out feeling beautiful!

Perfect eyebrow is amazing!! The ladies who work here do a fantastic job on my eyebrows. I get the brow lamination and threading and I always leave feeling fresh and looking like a million bucks!! The place is super clean inside and you get your moneys worth for what you pay.

I'm very disappointed. It seems the previous reviews are true. They don't appreciate customers at all and are very unprofessional. I made an appointment for 1 pm for body waxing. I was 3 minutes late due to traffic, and I called to let them know. No one answered. I drove 30 minutes only to get there and be told they gave my spot away. Penny then tells me it will only be 10-15 minutes waiting. It is now 1:50, and I still have not been serviced. While waiting, I got my eyebrows done, and they are uneven and not clean as I usually can expect when getting them threaded. I won't be returning, especially when she got loud and tried to argue with me. I can spend my money somewhere else happily. I'll stick to my usual spot in Farmington Hills, the real Perfect Eyebrow spa off Grand River.
