Update Update ** After my mom's enduring the poor experience with Sarah, her treatment did not even stick. Mom's perm did not stay, and found that this was sadly a huge waste of $100. 3 Reviews in one - For Hailey (5stars), Bella(5 Stars) and Sarah (1star). 1.) Hailey is incredible. I have gone to her two times now and I have loved the service every time. She never fails to impress me with how amazing my hair turns out at the end. 5 Stars for her. 2.) Now, because I loved my service so much, I recommended my friend, who worked with Bella. a lot of good feedback, enough to where my friend recommended her boyfriend's mom. Amazing. 3.) I was really impressed with the additional positive experience my friends have been getting, I finally booked my mom an appointment to get her hair permed. This experience, I am utterly disappointed in. Her appointment was at 11:15am, she had arrived 10 minutes early. She was not served until 11:47am. My mom and I are very patient people. Took my daughter to get her first hair cut. She was paired with Olivia and everything went smoothly. She did an amazing job and my daughter is very happy. The atmosphere in the building is very relaxing and the staff is very friendly. My wife also got her hair done with Cassie who did a wonderful job and my wife left happy which says alot as most time she gets a hair cut then comes home and cuts it herself which she didn't this time so great job Cassie.

Bella was amazing! She asked all the right questions to get me the hair that I wanted! She explained the treatments she was doing and how to make it last at home! She recommended products suited to what I needed. Had a blast at my appointment with her :) Service: Balayage
