I'm a first time customer and my experience was fabulous. My pedicure was relaxing and Lisa did the exact design I showed her. I'll definitely be going back!

The experience at this nail spa was the absolute WORST pedicure EVER. My feet looked worse when Lisa finished than they did upon arrival. They punish you for not getting a callous treatment by not doing a thorough regular pedicure. They don't use foot files or other foot tools to slough your feet like other nail salons do. Lisa Nails takes the easiest way out and demands that you only get the use of ordinary nail salon tools if you buy into their upselling of callous removal treatment. I didn't have any callouses and did not know that they are too stupid (or greedy) to know the difference between callous removal and an ordinary pedicure. Their massage chairs don't work properly and they can't even polish properly. No wonder there was no wait and 90% empty chairs. Stay away from this salon. I would give them a minus 5 if I could.

I came here like a couple of days ago last Thursday or Friday. The gentleman that did my pedi was excellent and the only reason for the 2 stars. My thumb nail had chipped (acrylic overlay) by Friday afternoon. By the time Valentines Day came up on Monday it had completely broken odd and since the overlay came odd I lost my natural long nail. Also, the nail art started to come off as well. I'm sitting here currently on Wednesday morning waiting to get these issues fixed, they aren't open at the 9am time posted on the door and it's not 0926am. SMH, these are not the same owners who used to be here and provided great work. My nails nor designs didn't even last a day. Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails, Pedicure
