I was a loyal customer here, I visited on Saturday for a full set. While John was doing my nails he cut my nail cuticles very low to the point it was stinging and bleeding. I expressed this to John and he tried to explain to me why my nail was bleeding and even justify it. I have been to many nail salons and at no point should a customer leave out bleeding. I tried to express my concerns at the front desk with Who I believe was Tracy. She responded very rudely as if nothing was done wrong and she didn’t even try to rectify the problem. Customers should never be treated this way at any business. I will never waste my money at this establishment again. I’ve posted a picture as well. Horrible service

This was my first time after reading so many good reviews. Definitely was not disappointed. Lisa did my pedicure n Jenn did my nails. Both did a superb job. Nice and quiet, great ambience, very clean, lining was used inside the tubs which says much about hygiene. Hot stones felt great on my legs, Lisa took her time and I did not feel rushed. Added bonus-left with a dozen farm fresh eggs form Bill who stop by on Saturdays. Overall great experience and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely return

I got a gel pedicure here with my bestfriend for my birthday , I was serviced by Dawn she did my French tip pedicure. Super sweet and she asked me my preference of French thickness. I felt very welcomed and everything was very nice.
