Good customer service nice place Services: Pedicure, Manicure
Horrible customer service! Had an appointment and arrived on-time, yet I was told I would have to wait a really long time because Trinh (the nail tech I had the appointment with), just took a walk-in. The owner and Trinh started arguing and no one ever tried to make this right. They didn’t acknowledge the mix-up, no apology, nothing. I guess I was supposed to wait for 2 hours. I walked out!!
