The nail tech was rude. He was very snappy at me for no reason. I was being kind and respectful and he was really mean. I waited two extra weeks to get my nails done because they only have one nail tech that does acrylic and they shamed me for waiting that long even though they didn’t have availability. They charged me 20 extra dollars on top of my fill. The nail tech said they should have charged me more. Terrible costumer service. I’m never going back.

I would never do this, but my nails are so disappointing for the price I paid! The first issue is I asked for almond shape and that is not what I got! I mentioned a few times during the service that it was not almond shape (which I get ALL the time) and she kept telling me she would fix it “after”. The color was already on so I am not sure what she meant by “after”. The second issue is that she messed up the dip color and had to redo it on the right hand making it 5 coats of dip on there which I’ve never seen more than 3 no matter how light the color! The third issue is how they look in general. The edges are not clean, I had a tiny bit of old black polish on the cuticles that I could not get off that she didn’t take off and now shows under the dip in some places. This is the worst nail job I have ever had. I came her because my person at my normal salon was not available. Big mistake! I have posted pictures to kind of explain all of the issues.
