I had the awesome pleasure of giving this spot a try based on a recommendation. I heard from a good friend of mine that one of the male stylists here is known to be an excellent colorist and also happens to be quite the barber. Say werrrrd?!?! As you may have seen in some of my previous reviews, I am on the hunt for a consistent barber that actually knows how to cut my African American hair without slicing my head up like a thanksgiving turkey. Enter Charles and his expertise on knowing how to cut AA hair well. One of the things I truly appreciated was his product offerings were wide and varied. I, being the person I am, always have questions about products trying to learn how things work. He had answers and suggestions for everything. His knowledge on hair and how different hair reacts to different treatments/ products was very impressive. On to the cut... Charles is AMAZING! I was looking for a quality healthy hair stylist in an area where I didn’t have to travel far. A good friend recommended him and I’m so glad I came. My hair was so brittle and dry due to the pandemic and lack of care. I noticed an instant transformation while getting my hair washed during my first visit. Every visit my hair gets better and better. Who knew that was even possible?
