Never had a facial before and was a little apprehensive about going. Eileen was great. She explained everything to me and it was a very relaxing experience. Will be going back again!

I have been a devoted client for over 15 years. I would not consider going anywhere else. Management and staff are professional, highly skilled, friendly and accommodating. Once a month, Ilene tints my brows and does my ear candling, she is an expert, providing me with expert care. Blanca does an amazing job with my pedicure and Katlynn is a very talented stylist, whether it is a cut, color or a Brazilian straightening process. I always look forward to my appointments and highly recommend La Clinica.

I have been going to this day spa for over 20 something years and today i find out that i was booted out of my Saturday spot by Blanca. She took over all the clients from someone who left and didn't give me the courtesy of calling me to keep my spot. She had the nerve to interupt my pedicure that someone else was giving me today to say she can do my pedicure once a month because the time conflicted with someone else who has that slot now. I had scheduled my appointments up until March of 2024 2 months ago and the times that were scheduled wasn't at the same time as this so called client that Blanca was referring to. So im confused as to how a single slot was scheduled when i was scheduled at different time with her up to March 2024. When i asked one of the owners what happened she told me that Blanca was doing her own scheduling now. I was like wow. If you are a black woman i advise you to not go to this establishment. You will get screwed. Im very disappointed and hurt. Just
