Salon Obsessions: The Weave Institute

Called last minute on a Sunday, and they got me in quickly for just a blowout on my braidless sew-in. I had my sew in done by someone else and usually hair stylists are super picky about going over someone else’s work...but not this salon! The owner was super sweet and did an amazing job getting me ready for the Wizards game later that night and for a reasonable price. Thanks again!

I called this salon to see what services they offer and was immediately put on hold. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and the receptionist/stylist was giggling saying , “Oops, I forgot”. I have never been to this place of business, but first impressions go a long way. This is reflective of many of the Black weave salons in the Maryland area. Many of them are very unprofessional with no respect of the customer’s time. I was grateful that I didn’t waste my time with this salon. “BEWARE”

Ms. Kim and Mr. Barry are so excellent at what they do. They are honest, and hard working people who have no issues with helping others look their best at all times. From the moment that I met them, I was sold on their capabilities. They are for sure GOD sent, and I would refer anyone to them... please come to The Salon Obessions so you can share the same exact experience I did, and will continue to do so.
