First, I normally don't post negative reviews unless I had a really bad experience, and sadly, that's what I received from dealing with Headlines. I scheduled my appointment with them and was initially booked with Heidy for my Keratin treatment and Carol for my highlights. After Heidy told me that she wasn't confident in her abilities to do my color, while I appreciated her honesty in her capabilities, she scheduled me with each provider and then quoted me over the phone after discussing my hair length and what I wanted to have done. I then received an email from Ellie, who told me I had to schedule with one provider only. Knowing that Heidy wasn't confident in her skillset to do my color, I said to schedule me with Carol. Fast forward to today at my scheduled appointment; I was scheduled at 2 pm and showed up to my appointment on time as scheduled. I am introduced to Carol, my stylist, who informs me that my services are going to cost even more than what was previously quoted. S

I'm in a new city, so it took a while to settle on the right hair wizard for me here in DC. Today I could wait no longer, and I found Headlines at the perfect time. Heidi turned my sorry locks into HAIRCUT HEAVEN! A terrific haircut, at a reasonable price. THANK YOU! See you soon! ****❤️

I had the best shampoo ever thanks to James! The hair cut was also on point; Heidi did a great job and is so detail oriented! Love the service and I’m definitely coming back ???? Service: Haircut
