Golden Nails

Been getting a pedicure for the last 10yrs. Went in today 10 min to 11.00am and was denied service. 3 tech. sitting around with no client s clients.Was told they had appointments. This is not how you treat your loyal customers. Kimberly I would of never expected that from you. Wish you well. I tip very well, I don't have to beg for your services.

I just went here with my mom and we didn't have the best experience. We are Vietnamese and could understand the nail technicians as they'd talk amongst themselves. They did not have anything nice to say about us even though we were nothing but kind to them. There was instant trash talking about us from the beginning and unnecessary comments about my mom's age, weight, and overall look. The only pro was that my tech knew what she was doing and gelled my toenails really well. My mom's tech was inconsistent and made her toes unevenly shaped and shaded. I wish I could say they only said mean things about us but they literally had something negative to say about each and every client who was in that place. Everyone's entitled to their opinions but there's a time and place to express them. The level of professionalism was extremely low. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They can do so much better. Service: Pedicure

This place is GHETTTTTTTO! They change the prices and it’s crazy. Rude and rush you . When I go to the nail salon I expect to relax. All the yapping and gossiping they do is crazy ! They hired the woman who owned the salon where the Rita’s is. This place has always made me uneasy. I felt like they talk bad about you from the limber you walked in the door. I will not be going back !
