Fantasy Nails & Spa Aspen Hill

It was my first time doing my nails like this. And I really liked it. The person who made it was really good(unfortunately I don't remember the name), I received a lot of compliments on the design.

I came and got my eyelashes and nails done over the weekend and the next day I woke up and the eyelashes had fallen out already. The next day they were all completely gone. For $70 they should last longer then 12 hours. My friend also got hers done and they fell out as well. This is not a place to go. I also got my nails done and they are nothing what I asked for and just ugly. I paid $150 for the whole thing and feel like I should’ve got better stuff. This place is nothing like it use to be.

You leave a reply about so-called “fixing it” but was unwilling to fix it or even offer some sort of discount since I had to come back in less than a month for my toe nail polish! Please save the public sympathy because you certainly wasn’t sympathetic when I came and if you really wanted to “fix it” my number was on file, why didn’t you call and offer this apology! Like i said POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Unfortunately I was a faithful customer until my experience with the polish slipping off of my toe nails and there was no offer for a discount which is poor customer service! I went back to the salon 3 days after getting my nails done because the polish came off of my toes and it was gel and they fixed it. The next week more of the polish came off but I was out of town at a funeral and couldn’t go that week.
