Kay Hair, first door. I have been going here since before the Pandemic and never had a problem until first week of August. I'm talking and talking may bother a coloring client, while I am having my hair cut. $45 + tip of $8 to owner and twice an increase in tip to the hair washer now at $7, for short hair as a wash, cut and blow dry. I know I can talk when spoken to, so why is the color job client moderating the whole environment. Find me at Jacky's hair on N.
