New Wave Salon and Spa

I usually don’t write reviews unless I am either satisfied or dissatisfied with a service. In this case, I am fed up with this hair salon. I started going to this hair salon three years ago because I needed a Diva Cut. I was their loyal customer and had referred many of my friends to come here. Their customer service and their ability to satisfy their customers were relatively good at the beginning; however, over time, things started to change. From the nail technician to some of the hair stylists, they are all disrespectful and unprofessionals. They don’t carefully listen to their customers’ needs to do their job well. For instance, several times, I made an appointment over the phone for a color treatment with Mimi and once I get there, they tell me I don’t have an appointment and that I have to book again for another date. Even worse, the ladies that work at the front desk are very disrespectful in how they treat and answer to customers (I have witnessed many times). It is unfortunat

So glad I found Mimi! Finding someone who understands hair as curly as mine is hard. She transformed my curls and they have never looked better! Service: Haircut

Good service they run in time and don’t make you wait. Different haircut was a change for me but everyone really likes it. I was with Ali.
