The best customer service in the universe!! From the point of contact to the end game! All excellence!! Iryna serviced my Wellness 3 pedicure and consult… she is better than any podiatrist in the world! Chopin performed man manicure and I have never experience detail and care! Iryna gave me an aftercare regimen to assist with the upkeep of my feet! Totally an experience! I recommend them highly! Oh did I mention both services were waterless! So no chance of introducing fungus!! 5 Stars!! ~Elder Leo

Honestly, it wasn’t a bad experience but it could’ve been better. They kept asking if I wanted to do gel on my toes to which I stated multiple times that I didn’t. When it came down to doing my pedicure, the lady had accidentally cut me. She apologized, and I accepted. I know that accidents happen. What made me upset was the fact that she offered to do gel for me for the same price as regular polish as “her treat.” When it came time to pay, I was charged for the gel that she said I wouldn’t be charged for. At this time, I hadn’t eaten and I didn’t have the energy to correct them. I had been there for so long since I was doing a manicure as well. I was also nicked while doing my manicure. The ladies there are nice, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. If you do decide to try them out, I hope your experience is better than mine. I know everyone is different.
