Well for a homecoming booking for my granddaughter at the last minute as her original plans went left. Ramona the owner took the appointment with my very disgruntled granddaughter. She wanted her specific style as seen on Instagram..Ramona who had a fully booked day, took her and even though she was managing her other clients, my granddaughter was sooo pleased at the end results. This is worse salon in the world, they destroyed my daughters curly hair, they applied a relaxer in her beautiful curly hair, saying that was a treatment. One year and daughter still crying for her destroyed hair. YOU ARE tHE WORSE Service: Curly hair

The WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE I've had in my life. First time client and the place had a strong BURNT FUNKY SMELL that stayed in my hair and took days of scrubbing out with every shampoo I could find! Was charged $90 for a horrible hair cut. I CRIED IN MY CAR. She was rough handed and I had to literally tell her to fix her work several times when she was cutting my hair UNEVENLY until I said just stop, no more. I was ready to go but had hope and tried to be respectful so I let her finish smh BIG MISTAKE! She kept going over my hair with her flat irons til it burned. My hair is damaged now with an UGLY BO CUT. I put my hat back on as soon as I left and disputed with my bank. NEVER AGAIN. The 5 stars are LIES.
