Let me start off by saying Sandi-Kaye is amazing! Not only does she do your hair but she cares about the health of your hair. Previously, Ive booked an appt, but didn’t book a trim, and we had extra time so she trimmed my hair instead of having me come back later (to me that’s great customer service!). Also, I recently took my 5 year old to her for an appointment, which my daughter really enjoyed herself and can’t wait to get back. She was patient and gentle with her.

I’ve been going to Sandi for three months now and she is an outstanding stylist. She is extremely punctual and her services take no more than an hour and an half. She ensures that she only has one client at a time and is able to give her full attention to one person. The atmosphere is superb. Additionally Sandi listens. Every time she has listened to how I’ve asked her to cut my hair and asked follow on questions to make sure she understands what I am describing. I appreciate that she is quiet if I am quiet but willing to engage in conversation if I am open to conversation. Overall, Sandi is a superb punctual stylist who listens and delivers.
