I just tried "Kentlands Salon and Nail Bar" for the first time. I enjoyed a pedicure and a manicure with Ami. I found the facility clean which was very important to me. I was pleased with my entire experience. Ami did a great job with both the pedicure and the manicure. She was very pleasant and I also enjoyed the conversation. I did not feel rushed and I was able to relax. I plan to go back and see Ami. Service: Nail painting

I came to get my nails done yesterday. I had a simple design I wanted in gel on my natural nails that I have been growing out. I very clearly told the nail tech multiple times that I wanted gel on my natural nails and yet she still put on acrylic tips with SNS dip powder against my wishes claiming it will "look longer" (my nails were already long). While the final product came out nicely, this experience not only ruined my natural nails that I had been taking care of for months now but cost me double the amount I wanted to pay and took 2 hours in the salon instead of my expected 45 minutes. Also a few of the nails turned out bumpy and I had to file them down when I got home. Very disappointed in my experience here. Services: Nail art, Nail painting, Dip powder
