Hollywood Nail Spa

I got there at 10a (opening time) I asked for pink and white ombré nails... I even showed a picture. I saw the manager “coaching” the young lady who was about to do my nails, so I already was skeptical. As she was doing my nails...I noticed she wasn’t experienced in what I asked for, so I asked questions & she explained once she filed them...they would be okay. She finished and told me to wash my hands...nails were awful, she asked if everything was okay and responded no & showed her why, the ombré was differently on each nails and I didn’t not fade pink to White smoothly. The manager took over, after filing for a while, she told me she would need to do a new full set. By this time, it was 12:00 and I still needed a pedicure & had another appointment elsewhere at 2p. So I declined. She fixed them to the best of her ability but they still were not correct. I was given 20% off, it is now a week later & have one broken nail and another one lifting. I am not saying this is a bad establish

My mom always goes to this place and today I decided to go with her. We just had our pedicure done. The attention to detail was insane, I've never had a pedicure where they paid so much attention to my calves and feet. The massage was so relaxing and I felt so much tension melt away. They had a ton of colors to choose from, so I was able to find the perfect shade of lavender for my nails. The place itself isn't super fancy, but the services are top notch. I'm definitely going back!
