Walked in without appointment as the website indicated it was cool to do so. Two ladies were at work. One was very pleasant and friendly acknowledged me and affirmed that no appointment was necessary. The other was unpleasant and did not spare me an acknowledgement. Needless to say I waited until the first lady was finished to get my brows done( even though the second had a spot for me before.) She did a fantastic job! Very happy and will return. Will however not let someone with zero customer service touch my face though. One star off for the sourpuss. Thumbs up to auntie ????

I wish i had two more hands so i could give this place 4 THUMBS DOWN. I had asked for a Brazilian wax and after the older lady kept insisting she had over 20 years of experience in waxing she used a TERRIBLE sticky wax and made such discriminatory comments the entire time!!!! i left with out even having %50 of the job done and she still asked me to pay FULL price!!! I ended up having to go to my regular LICENSED esthetician to finish my wax and this was probably the worst customer service interaction I’ve ever had especially about such a private service!! The words used and comments made towards my hair texture were very uncalled for an unprofessional i would not recommend!!!! Services: Brazilian waxing, Waxing

Absolutely loved this place!! Everyone was very kind and welcoming! I got brow wax, as I’m afraid of threading and it was so quick and painless! I also got lash lift and tint, as well as brow tint. Everything looked great, which made me feel great. This will definitely be my brow place for as long as I live in MD! Services: Waxing, Lash lift
