I had an amazing experience at the hair station! The staff is very welcoming and it feels like one big happy family the moment you walk through the door. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but Sophia made sense of my rambling and gave me something I love. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Blowouts, Hairstyling

I've been coming to The Hair Station every 6 weeks for a few years now and always loved all of the staff and the fact that they offer fair prices compared to other local salons. However, as of today I can no longer continue to be a customer here. I woke up this morning really sick and had an appointment at 10am, so called the minute they opened at 8am to let them know and asked to reschedule a week or two out when I'm feeling better and to ensure I'm no longer contagious. They said their policy is to charge a percentage of the visit price since I gave them less than four hours notice. I understand this business practice as they are losing out on revenue because of the short notice, but when your appointment is only two hours after they open and you wake up sick, there is no way to give more notice to reschedule.
