Great experience. Loved the online scheduling. Notably, the stylists are very conscious of time management and schedule accordingly, so that no client has to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

My service was a silk press. I was REALLY looking forward to this because I have worn my natural hair in a ponytail and had not had my hair straightened in over a year. The stylist was on time and quiet, but had a good playlist. I felt my hair being shampooed, but I don’t recall if my hair had been condition. I was very disappointed with the end results. I could have straightened my hair better with my shampoo, conditioning treatment, and Chi iron which takes me 4 hrs. All the reasons why I wanted to pay. My ends were frizzy even after she gave me a trim, so I’ve been having to keep my hair up in a bun. I don’t think she took her time straightening my hair because there were a lot of kinks. She straightened the roots with a hot comb and straightened the rest with a flat iron. I want to support black businesses, but the Dominicans have my hair silky. Total waste of my time and I will not be returning.
