The very first time I walked in the , everyone was so sweet and polite, and welcome... The set up appointment went smoothly.... My hairstyles is Garcia did a wonderful job style my hair,it was a spa experience with the washing and shampoo.. I would come again
New to Bowie, I chose WOW U based on positive reviews. Services were very good. I removed one star due to payment issues. During my 2nd visit, I asked if they offer a military discount, they said 'Yes, 10% off' (more tip for stylist!). Next visit, I was charged full-price, so I gently asked for the 10% off. Receptionist referred me to WOW U owner, Diane, who scoffed at me: "Our prices are fair. We never give military discount." (??) I vote with my feet. Haven't been back since.
Garcia Harvey is more than just an AMAZING hair stylist. She is someone who cares about the health of her client's hair and their overall well being as well. She pampers you with Love from the time you sit in her chair until she releases you with "homework" to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to protect your new hairdo. She takes the time to learn new techniques and is full of creativity for your next special occasion. I highly recommend her!
