This was my first visit and I was more than pleasantly satisfied. Having natural hair for more than a year after 55 years of perms I was concerned as to what could be done for my hair. First the customer service was excellent. I had called before my appointment after scheduling and the receptionist remembered me and what I wanted. A plus. Second the deep conditioner was fantastic!! It made me hair soft and manageable . I explained I was experiencing issues with my scalp and although I sat under the dryer and had my hair blown dry, because I was getting my ends clipped they were very caring and the heat was not harsh. They were short handed the day of my appointment but I was serviced within 2 hours which was another plus . My hair style was great and resembled my hair with a relaxer. I will definitely be going back.

I was visiting my sister in Bowie. I live in NY so I was a little hesitant on letting another stylist wash, blow and trim my hair. They were very welcoming, paid great attention to detail and did a great job! One person has done my hair since I was 16 years of age.. I am now 45! My hair was done on Sunday and I have to return to NY for a wedding on Saturday and I am going to get my hair done one more time before I leave Bowie:) Santa's did an amazing job!

Santa is an awesome hair stylist. She is knowledgeable about all types of hair. The salon is always clean and neat.
