Very unprofessional. We called in advance to explain what we wanted and to find out the price--flat iron for my daughter's African American (not super curly) hair. It was supposed to cost a bit over $100 for a wash and straighten. When we arrived, the stylist (a man) told us we should also get an additional treatment for something like $40 more. He said the price would be $150 total. I reluctantly agreed. When I went to pay after the appointment, they charged me $175, saying the stylist forgot to mention a $25 "long hair" fee. After we left, my daughter told me (1) she felt the stylist did not know how to handle her hair, was pulling hard on tangles, and complaining about her hair, (2) went out for coffee while she was waiting in the chair, (3) got his own hair cut while he was cutting her hair, and (4) it seemed like the stylist was rushing to get her done. I thought her hair looked nice but she was unhappy with the back. We will not return!!

Tara is AMAZING! Never have I had such a carefully done blow out. She knew I didn't want anything fancy, just an everyday look but when she grabbed that blow dryer I'm telling you she was sooooo careful to not burn me. I have hypersensitivity which I didn't let her know and usually I just put up with it because to me, you're always going to get burned from time to time and it's going to be comfortable. NOPE! She has given me high expectations of everyone now lol but I highly recommend her ???? she did for a brief moment hold the dryer to my scalp once and it did burn, I didn't think I made it obvious when it hurt but she quickly apologized for it. But other than that one small moment, it didn't repeat and I did not suffer the entire time. Bless her heart. Service: Haircut

Garegin always is great to work with. I love my hair cuts and get so many compliments on my hair style. With COVID, all the staff is careful and the shop is very clean.
