Victoria does good designs. However, she works to fast and damage your nails in the process. She's very rough when removing acrylic and will eventually cut someone if not already. She does not apply acrylic evenly on the nail, including the sides. She files your nails crooked. Gel polished was used for my nails, and the polished chiped the next day. A couple of my nails had air bubbles, and 1 nail broke. I have natural long nails, no tips. I paid too much money for my nails, including a good tip not to get them corrected. Spoke to the manager, Andy the next day, however, I was out of town, said to see him when I got back. Once I returned, I gave him a call, Andy said it was too long of a wait that he could not do anything about it. I was not looking to get my nails done for free, however, provide a discount, honor the mistakes that was made so that I could have gotten them done again. As of this day, the same designs and polish and damages are still on my nails so Andy could have
