Mrs. Kenneada, is very professional, customer service oriented, friendly, and welcoming! My baby LOVES when Mrs. Kenneada do her hair! The salon is very CLEAN and the staff is very friendly as well!

The customer service here is top tier! I went to purchase hair and my 2 year old was fussing and I stepped out to calm him down. The staff was patient with me and waited to confirm my order once he settled to insure I got what I wanted.

After researching several hairstyles I chose to get my hair cut, colored, and styled by Kenneada because of her years of experience and the quality of her work that I saw online. During the consultation I wore my natural hair out (to show the 2 different textures) and she never touched my hair. We sat in the waiting area and talked about what I wanted. I presentation a picture of the color and hairstyle I wanted. I also sent her an instagram video so she would have a clear understanding of what I wanted. My communicate was very clear. She assured me that she could do it, she just need to order the color. During, she never looked at any of the information to reference what I asked for. She roughly cut my hair too short to apply the wrong color. Then cut it even shorter when styling it wrong. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of cut, color, and style I received. After, she told me that she had never done colored hair outside of black. I wanted violet purples. It was copper r
