My hair stylist is Jessica takacs . She is polite ,she talks to me about my hair and we can conversate about alot of things. Which makes me more comfortable. She always does excellent job on my hair I highly recommend Jessica Tackas at Charm City . Thank you Jess
It’s 9:30 am Saturday. The ladies saw me but didn’t open the door because “we are closed”. Please update your schedule. You are NOT open at 9 am.
I've had one too many bad haircuts in the past due to stylists not understanding how to cut my curly hair. Candace gets it and does a wonderful job every time. I couldn't be more pleased. She is very sweet and accommodating. Her studio is nice, new and clean.
