Bienmary Dominican Salon

I was looking for a new place to try in the area and came across this one and thought to try it out. While the ladies in the salon weren’t entirely busy being that they were closing in a couple hours, I thought the experience would be quick and easy. I have gotten blow out for several years now and have NEVER had heat damage this bad. I had been cutting my hair very short for the past previous years and had finally decided to let my hair grow out. My hair is now past my shoulders and am afraid I’m going to have to cut it off because my hair won’t even curl anymore. Safe to say I won’t be returning to this salon because these ladies clearly don’t know what they’re doing. #heatprotector

The older lady that works here was unprofessional. My daughter was not satisfied with her hair and ask if she can go over her hair again with the flat irons she told her no then she ask can you at least wrap it for me she then told her yea if you go to dollar general and buy your own hair pins since when do you have to buy your own hair pins this place is a joke. My daughter was in tears crying if you good business and someone is not satisfied you should try and fix the problem not make them feel bad. Service: Hairstyling

Staff is super unprofessional especially the older woman. They change the price that we agreed on mid shampoo saying my hair was too long and too much. They didn't even straight out my hair well. Never had issues at other hair salons. First and last time going there. Services: Hairstyling, Haircut
