Always happy with the service, hospitality and price
Tia is amazing ! She loves what she does and really cares about the health of your hair as well as your happiness never disappointed if it’s a color or a cut I’m always happy ❤️
I personally went here once and never returned, my whole experience there was honestly blah not really worth mentioning. However this post is about my mom who made an appointment a month ago, spoke to the receptionist specifically told her she’s there to do roots and highlights and after that long wait finally she went there 12/07 at 3 pm and apparently was booked for the incorrect services and was turned away, no attempt to fix the mistake was even made no other appointment was offered, simply was told” can’t do your hair”, horrible customer service . I DO NOT RECOMMEND you will get the same look by going anywhere else pay a more reasonable price, and receive the service you deserve.
