I'm a new client to Liv, and I couldn't be happier: this is a shout out to Julia. So I'm very attached to my always-trying-to-grow-it-longer hair, and she has the rare ability to trim it enough that it looks healthier, but yet it never really looks shorter! She also is mending this odd grown-out layer (split ends) in the back that I've had for years, to make it blend with the rest of my hair. It looks so much better; not re-layered or chopped - just healthier. And it had bothered me, but I just assumed it was damage I had to live with. She is also so friendly and smiling, I always feel like she is genuinely happy to see me. She makes me feel like her only client. I really appreciate not only the work she does on my hair, but the lift she gives my spirits. Oh, and did I mention the head massage....? Sorry. I almost fell asleep just thinking about it. I had an amazing experience getting my hair done. They knew exactly how to fix my dry frizzy hair. I got a demineralizing treatment, deep condition treatment, haircut, blow dry and style. Not only are you greeted by many happy faces when you walk in, they also had snacks and drinks! They used a steamer instead of a blow dryer you sit under and I loved it. Jacqueline Vanni did my hair and she did amazing. I will definitely be going back to her in the future. She figured out how to help my long frizzy hair and it feels amazing! **Updating review for owner answers** I appreciate the fact that the hair health is put above other aspects. I have been following routines with clarifying and purple shampoos, but it seems like after 1-3 washes, I was back to the yellow. I don't understand how that happens so quickly. Again, hair dressers have great techniques, but somehow, it feels like a temporary hair product is used and doesn't hold good with time. Great for protecting the hair, but not holding the expected results for long. It always looks better in the pictures than in real life. It's good for certain things, but if you want more of a platinum blonde or fun colors, this is not the place, unfortunately. The stylists have great techniques, but with so many blonde clients, I'd expect better final results. Giving 4 stars for their techniques and salon cleanliness.
