I had scheduled a cut, full highlights, and a blow dry a few weeks in advanced. The woman who scheduled the appointment confirmed everything and I received a confirmation. My appointment was rushed from the very beginning. The person doing my hair was rushing for her next appointment and said she wouldn’t be able to do a haircut. If she wasn’t able to get my services done why would she schedule my appointment or the next? As soon as the next client came in she ended with me. She rushed through the entire process from color to drying and I came home with partially wet frizzy hair. For a service so expensive, I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism of the hair dresser. I won’t be coming back to this place and don’t recommend it to ANYONE. Very poor customer service and poor business practices. I had a Brazilian blowout done and spent 475 between hair services and recommended hair products to maintain. I spoke to my hairdresser, Carissa, today at my appointment because this time my hair didn’t feel silky nor has it taken less time to dry. She agreed that my hair did not feel at all like I had a Brazilian service done. She also mentioned that they have had several other people have the same thing happen to them. She came back and said that the owner said they can’t offer me anything because it’s been over 2 weeks. The service I got is supposed to last 3 months and it’s been two months coupled with other people complaining as well and I purchased the products to maintain but yet... they couldn’t get creative and come up with some type of credit whether it be some additional foils etc. to reimburse me for the supposed problem with their Brazilian blowouts. Please... think twice before you go to this salon before y

Salon Rae Cal is the best place to go if you want great service and beautiful results! I got my hair cut, colored, washed and styled all within a few hours. The salon was clean and full of life as it made a great hair day for my girls and I. The hair dressers there were so friendly and informative, giving me useful tips and tricks on how to maintain my new look. 11/10 would recommend and I can’t wait to visit Salon Rae Cal again!
