I have a short dark hair and I got an appointment and I spent 1 h just trying to explain her and the owner how I want my hair, I was told that almost every style I want wasn’t working (even I show her my friend who has a darker color than me and recently colored her hair) Even basic colors that I had it done before to my hair. And after we get to an agreement they asked me to leave because the time is not enough. I explained to them I have work and had to have day off (which is from my vacation time which will cost more that what they would charge for the service..) and offered to stay longer while she works with others, they said no, and she was at the end that she won’t reschedule because I seem busy to her.. she didn’t even offer to work with other stylist another time. This was extremely annoying.. wast time and money she could have basically said that she can’t do it.. it’s simple. Edit: no one asked me for a consultation time or what I need to do exactly. I LOVE THIS SALON! The girls are so nice and I had such a great experience here, I got a blow out on my hair and it came out beautifully. Generally love this salon!
